This print is part of "The Hialeah Collection," inspired by my grandparents who migrated from Cuba to Hialeah, Florida, where they still live to this day. This collection pays homage to their beautiful little lakeside home, with a peaceful patio “garden” of potted tropical plants where we sit and watch the ducks go by.
These paintings actually inspired this entire collection: after posting a few of my sketchbook watercolor paintings, a friend reached out saying she’d love to purchase this pair of designs. I was so thrilled by the idea that anyone would want to buy my artwork that I began the process of creating and printing my own prints!

Each print is a reproduction of original watercolor artwork painted by me, scanned with high precision and refined in Adobe Photoshop. Each print is printed by hand in my home studio on Epson Cold Press Natural Archival Inkjet Paper, an acid-free, 100% cotton rag media with a bright textured matte finish that mimics watercolor paper, and I use an 8-color dye-based ink system for long-lasting prints.
Free pickup is available in Smyrna, Georgia. The prints are shipped unframed in a protective hard mailer, packaged in a rigid or kraft envelope with a cello bag and hardboard backing for protection, and include tracking. Please allow for up to 2 weeks for shipping, although they will likely ship earlier.
All prints fit standard frame sizes. Please note that colors on your monitor may appear slightly different than the actual print.
