Can I apply discounts when buying a gift card?
No, discounts and sale pricing don't apply to the purchase of gift cards. However, the recipient can use discounts when redeeming the gift card.
Do gift cards cover taxes and shipping costs?
Yes, they cover the entire order total, including taxes and shipping.
If the gift card doesn’t cover the full order amount, can another payment method be used?
Yes, if the order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid with standard payment methods.
Can I purchase more than one gift card at a time?
No, only one gift card can be purchased per transaction. However, recipients can use multiple gift cards for a single order when redeeming.
What if the order total is less than the gift card value?
The full value of the gift card is used. Any remaining balance is retained on the gift card for future use.
Are gift cards refundable?
Yes, but only if they are unused. Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded.
What should I do if the recipient loses their gift card code?
Contact us at hello@wildgarden.art and we can resend the gift email notification with the code.
Can additional value be added to a gift card after purchase?
No, it’s not possible to add value to a gift card once it's sold.
