Commissions slots are limited, so please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an order. I will review each and every request and reach out within the next 2-4 days to let you know if your request was accepted. Holiday commissions will be delivered by December 15th, possibly earlier!

Custom Watercolor Portraits
I would love to create a custom watercolor for you! I want to make the process as easy as possible for you and am happy to brainstorm and collaborate with you. I work from photos; I can combine photos if necessary, and while bright and clear photos are best, I can take a look at what you have and let you know what would work best. I understand there may sometimes be limited photos, especially for memorial or gifted portraits.

An estimated completion timeline will be provided once your commission request is confirmed and is based on my current workload. This timeline will be agreed upon before work begins.
Requests for completion earlier than the standard timeline may be subject to a rush fee of 20-40% of the commission price, depending on availability. Rush orders are limited and not always available.

I work off of photos and can combine reference photos or pull elements from multiple. Photos do need to be clear and well-lit. I will review your photos to ensure I can work with them. Take a look at some portrait ideas here.

Yes! You can add fine art prints, greeting cards, or a high-res digital file to your order.

Absolutely! All portraits are wrapped in a gift box or presentation envelope free of charge, and I can include hand-written note if you’d like.

Shipping is free for orders within the continental US. For international orders, shipping will be calculated based on the destination.
There is also a free pickup option in Smyrna, GA.

Gift Certificates
Do you want to gift a portrait but let them choose their own photos or subject? I offer gift certificates for purchase that can be for the value of a painting or for any amount towards one. This is also perfect if a painting cannot be completed by a certain date! Reach out if you’re interested!

My wait times may vary throughout the year, so make sure to reach out with plenty of time if you have a certain deadline in mind. You may also request a rush order for an additional 20-40% of your order, depending on time and availability. When you reach out, I’ll let you know about current wait times.

Birth flower portraits are a simple, beautiful way to tell a personal story.: choose your own birth flower or create a custom bouquet representing your whole family. They're thoughtful, symbolic, and easy to customize.
Commission Agreement
Once your commission request is confirmed, you will receive a brief commission agreement and invoice. Proceeding with payment indicates agreement to the following terms.
Payment
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to begin your commission.
The remaining balance is due once you’re happy with the final piece, prior to pickup or delivery.
Design & Revisions
Before painting begins, a sketch or mockup will be shared to confirm the layout and overall design. This stage is important to ensure the artwork represents your subject and vision well.
Up to two major revisions to the sketch/design are included before painting begins.
Additional revisions before painting begins may require a fee of 15% of the commission price.
After the painting is complete, one minor revision may be possible at no charge, if feasible. Due to the nature of watercolor, changes can be difficult. Major revisions that significantly differ from the approved design require a fee of 50% of the commission price.
No refunds are offered, but reasonable adjustments will be made when possible.
